Trike Riders Now is the first to learn that Lehman Trikes, based in Spearfish, S.D., 17 miles west of Sturgis, will host an all-brands trike ride during this year’s Sturgis Motorcycle Rally. The ride is part of Lehman’s 2011 Good Turn Trike Award ceremony taking place at the Buffalo Chip Campground in Sturgis.
On August 11, 2011, Lehman is inviting all trike riders to convene at its factory in Spearfish—that means you don’t have to ride a Lehman Trike to participate. Registration starts at 1:30 p.m., with the ride to the Buffalo Chip Campground commencing at 3:00 p.m.  This all-trike ride, the first of its kind at the Sturgis Rally, will make its way through the scenic Black Hills and end at the Buffalo Chip Campground for the Freedom Celebration. The event is honoring all active and veteran members of the military. During the celebration, Lehman will announce the 2011 recipient of its Good Turn Trike Award. This year’s prize is a $40,000 patriotic-themed custom trike.
